Our licensed speech-language pathologists specialize in child-led, play-based sessions and hands-on caregiver coaching, with deep expertise in early intervention, AAC, and Childhood Apraxia of Speech. We meet every child as they are, honoring however they communicate best.

We also offer community-based social and play groups, caregiver support groups, and foundational AAC training programs for professionals, adults, and caregivers.

At Home

Our team provides speech therapy in the comfort of your home in San Diego, Orange, and Riverside counties. Please see “Service Areas” below for information about specific communities we serve.

In the Community

Meeting at parks, schools, libraries, or other community locations gives your child the opportunity to expand their social communication skills and practice them in meaningful settings.

Online

Teletherapy is available throughout California via our secure online platform. To participate in virtual speech therapy, a phone, tablet, or computer, and a stable internet connection are required.

Service Areas

We provide in-home speech therapy to the following communities:

San Diego County: San Marcos, Vista, Escondido, Oceanside, Fallbrook, Sabre Springs, Mira Mesa, Poway, Tierrasanta, and nearby areas.

Orange County: Foothill Ranch, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, Mission Viejo, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, and nearby areas.

Riverside County: Temecula, Murrieta, and nearby areas.

Insurance & Payment

Speech Bee is currently in-network with Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, Tricare, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare.

If we do not accept your insurance, out-of-pocket service options are available, and we can provide a superbill for submission to your insurance for reimbursement. Please see our Services page for more information.

Speech Bee is an early start provider through the San Diego Regional Center and the Regional Center of Orange County.
