Welcome to Speech Bee!

We are a team of passionate speech-language pathologists providing in-home speech therapy in San Diego, Orange, and Riverside counties. Virtual speech therapy is available to anyone in California.

Our team specializes in child-led, affirming play-based therapy and caregiver coaching. Our areas of expertise include early intervention, AAC and assistive technology, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and neuroaffirming care.

We also offer community-based social and play groups, caregiver support groups, and foundational AAC training programs for professionals, adults, and caregivers.

At Home

Our team provides speech therapy in the comfort of your home in San Diego, Orange, and Riverside counties. Please see our About page for information about specific communities we serve.

In the Community

Meeting at parks, schools, libraries, or other community locations gives your child the opportunity to expand their social communication skills and practice them in meaningful settings.

Online

Teletherapy is available throughout California via our secure online platform. To participate in virtual speech therapy, a phone, tablet, or computer, and a stable internet connection are required.

Insurance & Payment

Speech Bee is currently in-network with Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, Tricare, and UnitedHealthcare.

If we do not accept your insurance, out-of-pocket service options are available, and we can provide a superbill for submission to your insurance for reimbursement. Please see our Services page for more information.

Speech Bee is an early start provider through the San Diego Regional Center and the Regional Center of Orange County.
